Established in 1989 to enable the group to develop
its own commercial ventures. We currently have two sites on going,
Ashroyd Business Park, just off junction 36 of the M1, which is a
16 hectare development with consent for B1, B2 and B8 uses and capable
of unit sizes from 50,000 to 200,000 sq. ft. Meanwhile, work is going
well at the former ASDA site at Handsworth, Sheffield, where the 4
hectare site is being developed with offices, industrial, hybrids
and warehousing of various sizes.
